The carpet cleaner Jarvis arrived with a smile, worked with a smile and left all of us with a smile. The carpet had quite a few stains and he came in and made it look as if it had just been installed from the factory. The process was clean. It had a great citrus smell which was very pleasant. Reed cleaned my whole rental house it was unbelievably, beautiful carpet when they got done... Even sent me pictures while they were cleaning it so I could see the difference of the dirty carpet versus the clean side. Such a nice guy, and the owner too, so I got work from done from the owner himself! Easy to work with. Will have him do my home also. Carpets look just like new. I haven't tried his stretching services but I'm sure he does great work.

I highly recommend Reed's for carpet stretching. I have Berber carpet which is extremely hard to deal with but Reed did a wonderful job stretching areas that needed attention. The company is very responsible, answered my call immediately, and was at my house within a couple of days to do the job. He was quick and professional. I will not hesitate to use that company again for carpet repairs or cleaning.
