My first experience with FSCCA was excellent. Cleaning a very soiled silk rug and floor lining came out looking brand new and cleaned two soiled recliners with coffee stains. What a hardworking outfit! Chris & crew arrived on time, got right to work, and did a splendid job on our 30-year-old couch. Embedded stains are so gone! It looks like a new couch. As he assured us, the carpets did not transfer any moisture onto our wood floors; the carpets were barely damp to the touch and only on the top. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended. And local too!

I can’t say enough about Scott and his team at five stop carpet care. I called him in a panic when my African desert tortoise took a giant poop on my brand new white rug! He eased my mind and came to pick up that rug and another rug for cleaning. The stain is completely gone and the service was stellar. He even manage to get the rug back to me the day before Thanksgiving in time for my family gathering. We’ll be customers for life.
