This company is the BEST I have ever had!!! The attention to detail and professionalism exceed any cleaning company I have ever used. The carpets look brand new and the duct work, even to the point of cleaning the vent holders, was spotless. For 8 years we have used a national carpet cleaning service. After using Don and Sons to clean the carpet and upholstery in our van, we decided to try them to clean our house carpet. After Christmas with grandkids and pets we were in need of a good cleaning. Don and Sons did a great job not only on the carpet but on the upholstery as well. They got stains out of our dining room chairs that the other service could not. Don is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend his service for any of your cleaning needs.

The Citrus-O technician who arrived was punctual, friendly, efficient and explained the process and any troubleshooting clearly. We had a long haired dog and light coloured carpets and he did an amazing job on them. The experience was great from the first call, follow up emails prior to the service and the pricing was clear and a good deal when compared to similar quotes for our 3 bed townhouse.

THIS SERVICE WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I have two cats, a brand new puppy and white carpets and I don't need to say how messy they had made them. We're currently moving and had the carpets cleaned today and there was not one single stain left. We very much enjoyed working with SERVPRO and their team, Juan, Lewis Zeke and David, Remy and all the other hard workers that came to our home replaced our countertops putting vinyl floor, put up new baseboards in our home made it all brand new. SERVPRO team performed professional work during demolition and renovation... special note, sometimes it's hard coordinating all the different contractors, the plumbers , the electricians, cabinet workers, but thanks to Michael Hazel and his team working together coordinating the many different complex jobs, despite some challenges, they were able to get the job done and we are very happy with the results.
