We were under a lot of pressure to move into our new home but we needed the carpets cleaned and replaced. Shawn took care of everything and met all of our deadlines. The work he did was outstanding! Shawn and his team were amazing to work with. I initially called them to deep clean all of my new home's carpet, thinking that replacing it would be too expensive (based on another vendor's quote). Shawn was able to provide a much more reasonable quote for great quality carpet and padding, so we replaced the carpet on 2 levels of the home, and cleaned our basement carpet. All the work was done very well, the crews were professional and helpful, and the timelines were all met. I wish I had done the basement after all! Will definitely call them back when it's time to do that.

Guarantee Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond the call of duty with my area rug. After calling several companies, I contacted Guarantee and the price they quoted me was very reasonable. After some construction work in my home, the rug was covered with dry wall dust and paint. Tina was extremely attentive and kept me informed of the process. She told me that Guarantee spent hours removing the paint and debris before the rug could be washed. The turnaround time was amazing and the rug looks brand new. The colors are rich and vibrant, thanks to their conscientious work. I will certainly use them in the future.
