Let me start out by saying I have a very busy life with the kids in sports and working 9 to 5 but they made this whole process very convenient! They have a chat option on Google and they responded to me almost instantly! I set the the appointment and they came out right on time. Aaron did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. The renters left the carpet so bad with the help of their little dogs that everyone was afraid of getting their outdoor shoes dirty just walking on it.Had Aaron clean the carpet along with the stairway carpet which looked like a swamp floor. Carpet came back to life. Saves thousands as the carpet no longer needs to be replaced. Dont know how they survived in the living conditions that they brought upon themselves.Very glad with the carpet cleaning work performed.

Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning are wonderful and I would absolutely recommend them. I think of them very highly because of their professionalism and their cleanliness with the carpet that I gave them was unbelievable. They took a carpet that was really yucky and got it amazingly cleaned. I used them twice last year when I was in the process of selling my house and everything worked out with that. I moved, that's the only reason why I'm not using them anymore, because I don't longer live in Washington! They are tremendous, wonderful people!

The staff at Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning did a super job. In the last time that I had them, there was a giant mess on my off-white carpet that needed cleaning. It wasn't my first time using them, and I knew that this company was going to be able to complete the job quite well.
