Something was different in the living room, the coffee table was off-center. When I moved the table I saw why: someone had tried to conceal a horrible spill. A foot-long murky brown stain had been left to molder on the light Berber. Ugh. I thought I would need new carpeting. But then Cory from Randy's Carpet Cleaning showed up. He is a genius! After a bunch of online searches for VCT floor cleaning and polishing, I came across reviews for F&S Janitorial. I have two garages both with VCT floors in a checkerboard pattern which hadn’t been cleaned and polished in quite awhile. As a DIYer, I figured I’d do it myself…then thought better of it. Frank and team showed up and gave me a quote. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They cleaned and polished exactly in the time they said it would take. The very fair price was exactly as quoted. No issues, no surprises. And the results are OUTSTANDING! I can definitely say without question this company is awesome.
