Jay and Linda were on time and very professional and personable. Jay cleaned our chair and it looks great. Quick work but thorough. Very happy with their service. We asked for a quote to do carpet and it is very reasonable.

After a bunch of online searches for VCT floor cleaning and polishing, I came across reviews for F&S Janitorial. I have two garages both with VCT floors in a checkerboard pattern which hadn’t been cleaned and polished in quite awhile. As a DIYer, I figured I’d do it myself…then thought better of it. Frank and team showed up and gave me a quote. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They cleaned and polished exactly in the time they said it would take. We utilized Dream Steam after a flooding experience for mitigation. They were exceptional. They were very responsive (came on a Saturday evening) and so helpful and knowledgeable. They came back each day for several days to address the issues and assess what further work needed to be done. Perfect. My light tan kitchen carpet suffered six years of abuse from rolling a wheelchair from the outside directly onto the carpet. I was certain it had to be replaced and was beyond cleaning. It is now spotless. The technician Emily was great--she was on time, worked quickly, and the carpet is as good as new. I also had a 15 year old chair with a stain on the headrest section--I was about to toss the chair--and again Dream Steam got the stain out. I do not usually do reviews--but this service was simply perfect. Highly recommend. Will use again.
