Great experience. Made our what we thought was worn-out dirty carpet look like almost new/new. Amazing job and it smelled really fresh! Our tech was nice, professional and really cared about their work. We liked them so much we plan on asking for them again for an annual cleaning next year. They only charged for the areas done and estimates and cost were all upfront. Very transparent. We choose the option to sanitize and get rid of dust mites. We noticed within hours of service the air in our home smelled cleaner and the dust from the carpet was gone. Outstanding service. Highly recommend this company.

We were referred to Lovell’s by a friend. We had some red wine stains on our wool carpet in our basement. They did an amazing job of removing the stains, even though the stains had been there for months. I would recommend them without hesitation. I was very happy to open the door and a guy from Lovells was standing there wearing a mask identifying himself that he was from Lovell's Carpet Cleaning and was here to clean my carpet. He was very efficient and did a very good job...taking time to go back over a spot that was a little extra dirty. He did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning are wonderful and I would absolutely recommend them. I think of them very highly because of their professionalism and their cleanliness with the carpet that I gave them was unbelievable. They took a carpet that was really yucky and got it amazingly cleaned. I used them twice last year when I was in the process of selling my house and everything worked out with that. I moved, that's the only reason why I'm not using them anymore, because I don't longer live in Washington! They are tremendous, wonderful people!

The staff at Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning did a super job. In the last time that I had them, there was a giant mess on my off-white carpet that needed cleaning. It wasn't my first time using them, and I knew that this company was going to be able to complete the job quite well. I called them to clean the carpets and they did an amazing job and I got the results that I was looking for. The pricing was fantastic for the work they did. The other option would have been to replace the carpets entirely, so this was definitely the better option. They are definitely my go-to company and I would recommend them to future customers. They do excellent work, so I am happy with them.

For 8 years we have used a national carpet cleaning service. After using Don and Sons to clean the carpet and upholstery in our van, we decided to try them to clean our house carpet. After Christmas with grandkids and pets we were in need of a good cleaning. Don and Sons did a great job not only on the carpet but on the upholstery as well.
