They did a great job and were very efficient.I had two small hiccups though, they wrote the wrong date for the appointment and came a day late. They also unplugged my cable. The cleaning however was done very well. Premier Rug Cleaning did what I didn’t think was possible. After a year and a half of our Puppy finally being potty trained with numerous accidents on this rug I was seriously considering throwing it away. I was almost too embarrassed to take it anywhere for cleaning, but I read great reviews about Premier and decided to give a try. I really was hoping for a miracle, and they delivered. The rug looks amazing. We paid $1,500 for it 26 years ago. There is absolutely no pet smell whatsoever. The picture says it all. I feel like I have a brand new rug. Thank you Premier Rug Cleaning. I found this place on google. They were super responsive they cleaned a Turkish prayer rug my grandfather bough in Ankara in 1967 they restored it back to its former glory and even re-fringed it for me! I was soo impressed I had them do my own Turkish rug I bough when inwas in Istanbul in 2021. This place is a must have in your pocket when it comes to preserving family heirlooms!!!
