Dog shredded the carpet in the bedroom doorway. Tim from Creative Carpet came out to fix it. One hour later I'm very relieved and happy! Looks amazing and now I'm not worried about the landlord trying to charge me to replace all the carpet!

Historically, we've not had a service come help with cleaning our home. But over the course of a number of weeks this summer we just had too much going on for the house not to be a total disaster before and after multiple sets of visitors stayed with us, so we bit the bullet. Northwest Spotless Cleaning did an incredible job and we couldn't have been happier. Our floors, bathrooms, counter tops, bedrooms, etc., etc., were spotless. It felt soooo good to come home to a sparkling clean house. The prices are reasonable and Lourdes is extremely responsive. I see us being lifelong customers.

They worked tirelessly to find our stove range knob which had accidentally fallen off during one of the cleans. With the help of Lourdes' kind husband they were able to successfully retrieve the knob from a hole in the floor under the stove. I have heard other accounts of them taking time to personally replace minor damaged items. They are honest and hard working. Highly recommend this team!

We had our carpet cleaned by them when my baby was three months old. They use plant-based solutions so it's baby and pet-friendly. Carpet got cleaned very well except one spot was stained with oil which came back to the surface after a couple of days which was exactly what they told us might happen since it's oil.

Steve did an amazing job on my carpet!!! I was contemplating replacing my entire second floor’s carpet due to the pet odor from the previous owner’s dog and sticky residue left from a poor carpet cleaning job. We very much enjoyed working with SERVPRO and their team, Juan, Lewis Zeke and David, Remy and all the other hard workers that came to our home replaced our countertops putting vinyl floor, put up new baseboards in our home made it all brand new. SERVPRO team performed professional work during demolition and renovation... special note, sometimes it's hard coordinating all the different contractors, the plumbers , the electricians, cabinet workers, but thanks to Michael Hazel and his team working together coordinating the many different complex jobs, despite some challenges, they were able to get the job done and we are very happy with the results.
