Premier Rug Cleaning did what I didn’t think was possible. After a year and a half of our Puppy finally being potty trained with numerous accidents on this rug I was seriously considering throwing it away. I was almost too embarrassed to take it anywhere for cleaning, but I read great reviews about Premier and decided to give a try. I really was hoping for a miracle, and they delivered. The rug looks amazing. We paid $1,500 for it 26 years ago. There is absolutely no pet smell whatsoever. The picture says it all. I feel like I have a brand new rug. Thank you Premier Rug Cleaning. I found this place on google. They were super responsive they cleaned a Turkish prayer rug my grandfather bough in Ankara in 1967 they restored it back to its former glory and even re-fringed it for me! I was soo impressed I had them do my own Turkish rug I bough when inwas in Istanbul in 2021. This place is a must have in your pocket when it comes to preserving family heirlooms!!!

I have used USA Carpet Care & Dye for many years. They have cleaned my carpets, drapes, and sofas. They have scotch guarded all my couches and dining chairs. Items like red wine and pomegranate come out with ease. Each time I use their service, I am impressed. Most recently, I had damage on my ultra suede couch from the heat of a computer charger. Had 3 couches and a entire basement carpet cleaned. Couldn't believe Mario was able to get the pet stains out of the carpet; we've tried everything to get those out to no avail. Mario is seriously the sweetest person ever!!! I am so glad I chose him to clean my couch and carpet. My apartment carpet looks 10x better than when I even moved in! My couch was a mess from my 2 year old writing on it and he literally got every stain mark out. He also noticed the carpet to my building hallway wasn’t clean and cleaned that too! I recently hired Duraclean to assist after a utility sink in my laundry room overflowed. We have first floor laundry and water was flowing down vents and through the basement ceiling into our finished basement. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and service provided by Duraclean. They were able to come out, on a weekend, to set up fans and dehumidifiers to start the dry out. We also were showed which areas, including walls and trim, had moisture and had all of our questions answered. I felt like they took the time to explain what they were doing, why and how long it would take. The technicians are prompt, informative and I am so thankful we had them to help us! I called Duraclean to get the "mystery pet odor" out of our living room. No matter what we did ourselves or what "miracle products" we tried from just about every blog out there, the "wet dog" smell hit you like a brick wall as soon as you walked in our house. Unfortunately I had water in my basement. It was pouring into my window faster then we could keep up with. It was also a Saturday. I called the owner of Dura Clean and he immedilately came over to start extracting the water. He set up fans and a dehumidifier. Because of his prompt action I did't have damage. They were fast, effectiant & very compassionate. I would strongly recommend using their services for restoration. I also previously used them to clean a new sectional that my agde cat soiled. They got the odor out. They have also done a fabulous job cleaning my carpet.
