Timely, efficient, good-deal, and friendly! We had Zerorez clean our ducts one week, and carpets the next week. Both representatives were professional and on-time. We received emails and text messages to remind us of the appointments and an explanation of what we needed to do to prepare. Zerorez far out runs any of the previous carpet cleaning agencies I have used. Their staff are always professional and polite, and their quality of service is supreme. The solution they use does not leave residue behind, and best of all, they are extremely effective at getting cat urine out of the carpet. They use the black light to identify all of the spots, then do a treatment that pulls the urine out rather than just covering it up. They are the best!
