They did a great job and were very efficient.I had two small hiccups though, they wrote the wrong date for the appointment and came a day late. They also unplugged my cable. The cleaning however was done very well. I wish they would have discounted the cleaning for messing up the dates.UPDATEAlmost immediately after I hit send to the above review, I was contacted by David who apologized and offered a refund. Mario is seriously the sweetest person ever!!! I am so glad I chose him to clean my couch and carpet. My apartment carpet looks 10x better than when I even moved in! My couch was a mess from my 2 year old writing on it and he literally got every stain mark out. He also noticed the carpet to my building hallway wasn’t clean and cleaned that too!
