Beyond satisfied! Vince took the time to explain and educate my family and I about what was going with our carpet, we tried to clean it with a rental from Home Depot and we nearly ruined it. Thankfully Vince took his time and made this carpet look basically new, they also went out of the way to come out to our home same day. I 100% recommend them for any of your carpet cleaning needs!
