Timely, efficient, good-deal, and friendly! We had Zerorez clean our ducts one week, and carpets the next week. Both representatives were professional and on-time. We received emails and text messages to remind us of the appointments and an explanation of what we needed to do to prepare. The office staff on the phone, who booked the appointments, clearly explained the different packages and pricing. I was thankful for that so I knew what to expect. The representatives who came to our home did not try to push any additional hidden fees or surprise services on us. I would definitely use Zerorez again.

Zerorez far out runs any of the previous carpet cleaning agencies I have used. Their staff are always professional and polite, and their quality of service is supreme. The solution they use does not leave residue behind, and best of all, they are extremely effective at getting cat urine out of the carpet. They use the black light to identify all of the spots, then do a treatment that pulls the urine out rather than just covering it up. They are the best!

The attention to detail with a vacuum, spray solution, a carpet rake to work out any trouble areas and the cleaning process is far superior to a company that spells their name forward or backwards the same.
