I can't say enough good things about Teresa (& Shine)! She not only does a great job of cleaning our home but she goes above and beyond. Every time she is here she gives lots of special attention to our (very needy) dog and I enjoy getting to chat and catch up with her as well. She is both friendly and very professional. Isaac and team have been cleaning our Airbnb for a few months now and I have been incredibly impressed with them. Isaac syncs up with my calendar so he is always on top of the cleaning schedule without needing me to monitor it. Really helpful! He is also always on time, always has the place ready for guests, and he does a great job alerting me to any issues with the house or landscaping. But by far his best qualities are his responsiveness and customer service. He always responds immediately to any questions or concerns which is very appreciated when you’re on the hook with guests.
