My first contact was by phone with Samantha who listened with courtesy to my several concerns and then clearly and thoroughly explained how Ned Stevens could address each one. The crew that performed the service arrived on time. They were professional, respectful of me and my property and they completed what needed to be done in a timely manner.

We have contracted Diamond Roof Cleaning for house cleaning for several years now and did so again this year. They cleaned our house including all decks/porches and railings. After our initial inquiry Michael provided the estimate for the work very quickly and was able to get our job scheduled in a very reasonable time-frame. The crew was prompt, very professional and personable. The completed the job quickly and the results were excellent. Bottom line is that we are are very pleased with the company and their services.

Mike and his guys do amazing work. They cleaned my roof 5 years ago and it still looks great. I had them come back this year to softwash my house, deck, and clean my windows. They did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend.

Could not be more pleased with the job David did on my windows. He did inside/outside and screens. They literally look like there's nothing there! And he wore sanitary boots over his boots while in my house (big bonus in my opinion) and was very pleasant to chat with. Highly recommend!!

I heard about Dave's business from a neighbor and after seeing the absolutely fantastic job he did on their home I reached out to him to work his magic on my "green" tan siding. First of all he showed up when he said he would. Already Aces. Whatever magic elixir Dave uses to clean the siding worked wonders! My siding looks like new. I also had him scrub the gutters down as they were looking pretty rough and they came out looking great! He also washed the windows inside and out and they look amazing too! I can't say enough about Dave's quality of work and professionalism. I hesitate to make him sound so good only because he will be too busy to come back the next time I need him! That being said if you want a professional to show up and do the job right then this is the man for the job!

We had an ugly roof due to overhanging trees--lots of lichen and whatever else grows on a roof. We got estimates for a new roof, but we felt the roof should have a few more years of life to it, especially the areas not affected by tree overhang. A neighbor recommended Brian. He explained the procedure and when we should expect to see results--it takes time. This was June 2016. By late fall 2016, our roof looked great, faster than Brian said we should expect. Maybe the hot summer helped. We are so glad we decided to clean rather than replace a roof that has a few more years of life to it. The cost was certainly reasonable.
