Patricia assured me that you would be here as soon as our schedule and weather permitted. On 12/27/16 Jim & Brandon appeared and did a beautiful job of cleaning out all of the debris, clearing the downspouts and placing everything in my garbage tote per my request. Seeing your bill, I noticed you did light bulb replacement in high places. I scheduled a service call and Jim & Brandon were again here this morning to do very high indoor bulbs and outdoor spotlights. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service Jim and Brandon provided on Tuesday. The windows look great! I didn't realize how dirty they were! But I want to commend your workers for their courtesy and professionalism. They took great care and did a first-rate job. And I appreciated Jim's suggestions on my other household "problem." Please let him know I located a GE serviceman with the necessary key for the service box and made the repair and hope to get another five years out of the washer! We came to find out about your company from a flyer we received in the mail. After visiting the website and learning more about your services, we called for a free estimate. Based on the estimate, and the fact that there was a discount involved, we elected to have our windows cleaned, inside and out, on both stories. I highly recommend Clean Queens! I live in a old loft apartment complex and keeping up with the high cabinets and floors are a struggle. I have been using Spotless for a few years now. I have my gutters cleaned twice a year. Spotless has always been courteous, professional and timely. From the moment you call them to the completion of the job I highly recommend Spotless. They come when they say they are coming, do a great job and respond immediately when you need them to return.
