My first contact was by phone with Samantha who listened with courtesy to my several concerns and then clearly and thoroughly explained how Ned Stevens could address each one. The crew that performed the service arrived on time. They were professional, respectful of me and my property and they completed what needed to be done in a timely manner.

I heard about Dave's business from a neighbor and after seeing the absolutely fantastic job he did on their home I reached out to him to work his magic on my "green" tan siding. First of all he showed up when he said he would. Already Aces. Whatever magic elixir Dave uses to clean the siding worked wonders! My siding looks like new. I also had him scrub the gutters down as they were looking pretty rough and they came out looking great! He also washed the windows inside and out and they look amazing too! I can't say enough about Dave's quality of work and professionalism. I hesitate to make him sound so good only because he will be too busy to come back the next time I need him! That being said if you want a professional to show up and do the job right then this is the man for the job!

We have contracted Diamond Roof Cleaning for house cleaning for several years now and did so again this year. They cleaned our house including all decks/porches and railings. Having Bohemia clean our windows was a joy! Anton and his associate were late, but Anton called me in plenty of time to let me know they were hitting traffic.
