My first contact was by phone with Samantha who listened with courtesy to my several concerns and then clearly and thoroughly explained how Ned Stevens could address each one. The crew that performed the service arrived on time. They were professional, respectful of me and my property and they completed what needed to be done in a timely manner.

They have a great communication system that let’s you know when he is on the way, when he’s completed, etc the house was given soft washing and pressure washing and looks as good as new! Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Raul was great all around - was on time and responsive to emails/texts messages, clearly explained what he was going to do, provided me a professional and competitive estimate, and then completed the job when he said he would. Not only did he clean out all of our gutters, but he also installed leaf guards on a couple of sections of our house which are much more difficult for us to get to. He even took photos of the job once it was done and sent those to us so we didn't have to climb up to the roof. I always try and use local people for any home jobs I've got, and I will for sure be using Raul again in the future!
