My first contact was by phone with Samantha who listened with courtesy to my several concerns and then clearly and thoroughly explained how Ned Stevens could address each one. The crew that performed the service arrived on time. They were professional, respectful of me and my property and they completed what needed to be done in a timely manner.

We have contracted Diamond Roof Cleaning for house cleaning for several years now and did so again this year. They cleaned our house including all decks/porches and railings. After our initial inquiry Michael provided the estimate for the work very quickly and was able to get our job scheduled in a very reasonable time-frame. Having Bohemia clean our windows was a joy! Anton and his associate were late, but Anton called me in plenty of time to let me know they were hitting traffic. Bohemia's operation is seamless, clean and very professional. Anton is super companionable and his assistant was also very nice. The windows looked amazing!
