My first contact was by phone with Samantha who listened with courtesy to my several concerns and then clearly and thoroughly explained how Ned Stevens could address each one. The crew that performed the service arrived on time. They were professional, respectful of me and my property and they completed what needed to be done in a timely manner.

I hired Sial Construction Inc. Javed and his staff were on time everyday and worked to paint my house and painted all doors. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful. His quote was reasonable and the work done is perfect. He repaired cracks on the doors and the wall and they cleaned up after their work. I hired Sial Construction to renovate my kitchen and cannot say enough good about the company and the owner Javed. From start to finish, Javed was a pleasure to work with- he provided a written quote and any changes from the original quote were communicated and agreed upon before he did the work. During the construction he was "hands on" and on the project personally every day- always making sure to communicate to me what work was being performed. His workers were professional and very considerate- always making sure that the work area was left clean and neat at the end of the day. The kitchen was completed on time and I am extremely happy with the finished space! Patricia assured me that you would be here as soon as our schedule and weather permitted. On 12/27/16 Jim & Brandon appeared and did a beautiful job of cleaning out all of the debris, clearing the downspouts and placing everything in my garbage tote per my request. Seeing your bill, I noticed you did light bulb replacement in high places. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service Jim and Brandon provided on Tuesday. The windows look great! I didn't realize how dirty they were! But I want to commend your workers for their courtesy and professionalism. They took great care and did a first-rate job. And I appreciated Jim's suggestions on my other household "problem." Please let him know I located a GE serviceman with the necessary key for the service box and made the repair and hope to get another five years out of the washer! We came to find out about your company from a flyer we received in the mail. After visiting the website and learning more about your services, we called for a free estimate. I highly recommend Clean Queens! I live in a old loft apartment complex and keeping up with the high cabinets and floors are a struggle.
