Chris was able to provide samples and local addresses so I could drive by to see what our roof choice would look like. When gathering estimates for a repair Chris couldn't have been more clear about our options, and friendly answering every one of our questions. We opted to replace the roof even though Martin told us how to get a few more seasons out of it with some maintenance. The countdown to install was also exceptional, between providing us with any sample shingles we asked for (and it was alot) to providing us houses to drive by with those options and our same color scheme as our home. It really made what was a bigger decision than we had considered much easier. As the days approached we knew exactly what to expect timing wise because we received frequent and accurate updates to their arrival and installation estimates. The day of went super easy. They tarped and covered everything, and even though every window was covered as they stripped the old roof we knew exactly what was happening because of their convenient photo page with updates of our property! Pretty cool process really, and definitely a cool feature I hadn't even thought of for roofing. They cleaned everything, did it in one day, and were pleasant throughout with a price more than a couple but less than a few competitors.
