They came and did high-pressure washing. They made the blocks of my patio look like the finest marble statues you would see in Washington, D.C.! I give kudos to the owner, since he allowed the washers to clean the patio chairs, umbrella, and furniture for my daughter’s upcoming wedding at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! They were very nice to deal with and very accommodating.

This is the third time that I have used INSTA-BRITE to wash my siding. Originally scheduled after Easter, but I requested they squeeze me in earlier. They accommodated me. They did a great job and for a reasonable price. My roof had been very dirty because there were big trees over it. It had a layer of moss and dirt and there were even weeds growing out of it! Now it looks new and the rest of the house is clean, too. I think the price seemed fair. It was lower than I feared it would be so I didn’t even bother to get additional estimates. I think this is the best company in my area for the job and I will use them again.

Although expensive, this is the best house washing service I have ever seen. Unlike many who "power wash" your house, Boston Pressure Cleaning actually washes it, with brushes. I will be using them again.

Spencer was easy to communicate with and schedule the appointment, he provided a detailed estimate and reasonable price. We have an older house with wood shingles, but reassured with the soft wash they use we would not have any issues. The house and roof are now clean and free from any buildup – incident free! Stay Clean Power Washing is excellent at what they do. I had them soft wash my roof in May of 2018. When the work was done, they explained that the soft wash is not going to damage the roof, where traditional power washing can. They also explained that their process uses safe chemicals to kill moss and other growth slowly, maintaining the integrity of your roof and decreasing the likelihood that these growths will return. When they explained it could take up to 6 months for full removal, I was a little skeptical. However, I now could not be more of a believer. I had a
