It all started with a bucket and a sponge. My father, Bob Harrigan, worked as a firefighter for the City of Rochester Fire Department. He spent his days off exploring new opportunities for business in the window & gutter cleaning industry. As the business grew in time, he employed other firefighters in the Monroe County area who were familiar with ladders and who were detail oriented to provide a quality service to homeowners in the window & gutter cleaning business. In 2013, Bob Harrigan retired and transferred the reigns over to his daughter, Tammy Mastowski, who continues to operate and manage the business with the same standards and quality as had been established 50 years ago.
