Timely, efficient, good-deal, and friendly! We had Zerorez clean our ducts one week, and carpets the next week. Both representatives were professional and on-time. We received emails and text messages to remind us of the appointments and an explanation of what we needed to do to prepare. My carpets were in horrible shape thanks to a new puppy. Feldpausch Cleaning came in and now they look like new.
