Great experience. Made our what we thought was worn-out dirty carpet look like almost new/new. Amazing job and it smelled really fresh! Our tech was nice, professional and really cared about their work. We liked them so much we plan on asking for them again for an annual cleaning next year. They only charged for the areas done and estimates and cost were all upfront. Very transparent. We choose the option to sanitize and get rid of dust mites. We noticed within hours of service the air in our home smelled cleaner and the dust from the carpet was gone. Outstanding service. Highly recommend this company.

Steve did an amazing job on my carpet!!! I was contemplating replacing my entire second floor’s carpet due to the pet odor from the previous owner’s dog and sticky residue left from a poor carpet cleaning job. Steve was able to remove all of the pet odor and sticky residue, and my carpet looks and smells like new!

I was very happy to open the door and a guy from Lovells was standing there wearing a mask identifying himself that he was from Lovell's Carpet Cleaning and was here to clean my carpet. He was very efficient and did a very good job...taking time to go back over a spot that was a little extra dirty. He did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. Historically, we've not had a service come help with cleaning our home. But over the course of a number of weeks this summer we just had too much going on for the house not to be a total disaster before and after multiple sets of visitors stayed with us, so we bit the bullet. Northwest Spotless Cleaning did an incredible job and we couldn't have been happier. Our floors, bathrooms, counter tops, bedrooms, etc., etc., were spotless. We have been using NW Spotless Cleaning for a year now and they have been so great. Lourdes and her team are very reliable and always do a fantastic job. They worked tirelessly to find our stove range knob which had accidentally fallen off during one of the cleans. With the help of Lourdes' kind husband they were able to successfully retrieve the knob from a hole in the floor under the stove.
