Dog shredded the carpet in the bedroom doorway. Tim from Creative Carpet came out to fix it. One hour later I'm very relieved and happy! Looks amazing and now I'm not worried about the landlord trying to charge me to replace all the carpet!

I was contemplating replacing my entire second floor’s carpet due to the pet odor from the previous owner’s dog and sticky residue left from a poor carpet cleaning job. Great experience. Made our what we thought was worn-out dirty carpet look like almost new/new. Amazing job and it smelled really fresh! Our tech was nice, professional and really cared about their work. We liked them so much we plan on asking for them again for an annual cleaning next year. They only charged for the areas done and estimates and cost were all upfront. Very transparent. We choose the option to sanitize and get rid of dust mites. We noticed within hours of service the air in our home smelled cleaner and the dust from the carpet was gone. Outstanding service. Highly recommend this company.

Preston, our Zero-Rez tech, did a great job at cleaning our stairs and hallways, which were quite dirty due to being main traffic areas. Unfortunately I don't have any "before" photos but here are the "after" ones. Preston was polite, prompt and a positive representative of your company.

We had a 3 ft. square of carpet that needed to be replaced urgently. We never used Seattle Carpet Repair before so we gave them a try. They replaced the carpet quickly and after leaving we had to be reminded where the replacement area was again. Needless to say, they did a wonderful job! Keep up the good work!

Matt was very nice working around our busy agendas. I texted him today and he was able to show up mid-day! Our couch, chair, and rug smell so great and he even got all of the kid’s spills out, too! We will get our cars cleaned by him within a couple of days as well. Highly recommend!!

The Citrus-O technician who arrived was punctual, friendly, efficient and explained the process and any troubleshooting clearly. We had a long haired dog and light coloured carpets and he did an amazing job on them. The experience was great from the first call, follow up emails prior to the service and the pricing was clear and a good deal when compared to similar quotes for our 3 bed townhouse.

THIS SERVICE WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I have two cats, a brand new puppy and white carpets and I don't need to say how messy they had made them. We're currently moving and had the carpets cleaned today and there was not one single stain left. Bruno, our technician was extremely attentive to the stained areas and was so professional and I could not of been happier with the service he provided. I cleaned my carpets on my own before and have never come even close to what was done today.
