This is the second time I have used Chem-Dry of Rocky Mount. They get up spots you wouldn’t think would come up. Gets up pet spots and the carpet smells so much better. I would not use any other company.

Josh came over and cleaned my carpets. I had no hope for my carpets but he went above and beyond and made the carpets look like new. What a hardworking outfit! Chris & crew arrived on time, got right to work, and did a splendid job on our 30-year-old couch. Embedded stains are so gone! It looks like a new couch. As he assured us, the carpets did not transfer any moisture onto our wood floors; the carpets were barely damp to the touch and only on the top. I can’t say enough about Scott and his team at five stop carpet care. I called him in a panic when my African desert tortoise took a giant poop on my brand new white rug!
