Carpet Cleaning Windsor Heights

I never, ever, give a 5 star review because I believe there is always room for improvement. As they say, there is a first time for everything! I have been considering replacing my carpet but decided to try a professional cleaning before spending the money...I'm so glad I did! Admittedly, my expectations were very high after enthusiastic recommendations from my neighbors; Russ/Clean Machine met and exceeded every single one. My 11 year old carpet looks, feels & smells (2 kids, a dog and a cat!) brand new! From setting the appointment, to preparation, to the final product, The Clean Machine is easily one of the best service companies I have ever worked with. He got stains out of my carpet that have been there for years, including red wine and paint! The only downside is I can't have it done weekly! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else!

Something was different in the living room, the coffee table was off-center. When I moved the table I saw why: someone had tried to conceal a horrible spill. A foot-long murky brown stain had been left to molder on the light Berber. Ugh. I thought I would need new carpeting. But then Cory from Randy's Carpet Cleaning showed up. He is a genius! My carpeting was restored to the point it looks brand new. Spills from years of guests vanished. Thank you, experts of carpet cleaning. I am one happy customer!

We utilized Dream Steam after a flooding experience for mitigation. They were exceptional. They were very responsive (came on a Saturday evening) and so helpful and knowledgeable. They came back each day for several days to address the issues and assess what further work needed to be done. Perfect. My light tan kitchen carpet suffered six years of abuse from rolling a wheelchair from the outside directly onto the carpet. I was certain it had to be replaced and was beyond cleaning. It is now spotless. The technician Emily was great--she was on time, worked quickly, and the carpet is as good as new. I also had a 15 year old chair with a stain on the headrest section--I was about to toss the chair--and again Dream Steam got the stain out. I do not usually do reviews--but this service was simply perfect. Highly recommend. Will use again.

Products are eco friendly and drying time is usually less than other carpet cleaning services. My granddaughter has severe allergies and knowing the products used on the carpet do not affect her allergies.

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company we use anymore. They do a fantastic job! The technicians are always very professional and friendly. Frank is an amazing cleaner! .... I have tried other carpet cleaners and they leave my carpets wet and not substantially cleaner ... and they always "bait and switch" which something that Frank does not do. Highly recommend!

After a bunch of online searches for VCT floor cleaning and polishing, I came across reviews for F&S Janitorial. I have two garages both with VCT floors in a checkerboard pattern which hadn’t been cleaned and polished in quite awhile. As a DIYer, I figured I’d do it myself…then thought better of it. Frank and team showed up and gave me a quote. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They cleaned and polished exactly in the time they said it would take. The very fair price was exactly as quoted. No issues, no surprises. And the results are OUTSTANDING! I can definitely say without question this company is awesome.
