I felt compelled to write and tell you how pleased I have been with your service. I was late to the game in scheduling gutter cleaning. Patricia assured me that you would be here as soon as our schedule and weather permitted. On 12/27/16 Jim & Brandon appeared and did a beautiful job of cleaning out all of the debris, clearing the downspouts and placing everything in my garbage tote per my request. Seeing your bill, I noticed you did light bulb replacement in high places. I scheduled a service call and Jim & Brandon were again here this morning to do very high indoor bulbs and outdoor spotlights. Again, they equaled and exceeded my expectations with their courtesy, helpfulness and efficient & thorough completion of the job. They are truly a very fine representation of your firm. My congratulations on the high quality, which I'm sure reflects your leadership and high ethical standards. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service Jim and Brandon provided on Tuesday. The windows look great! I didn't realize how dirty they were! But I want to commend your workers for their courtesy and professionalism. They took great care and did a first-rate job. And I appreciated Jim's suggestions on my other household "problem." Please let him know I located a GE serviceman with the necessary key for the service box and made the repair and hope to get another five years out of the washer! We came to find out about your company from a flyer we received in the mail. After visiting the website and learning more about your services, we called for a free estimate. Based on the estimate, and the fact that there was a discount involved, we elected to have our windows cleaned, inside and out, on both stories. Austin and Dustin arrived at the scheduled time. They were friendly and explained everything that they were going to do to replace our gutters. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. I hired Sial Construction Inc. Javed and his staff were on time everyday and worked to paint my house and painted all doors. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful. His quote was reasonable and the work done is perfect. He repaired cracks on the doors and the wall and they cleaned up after their work.
