My first contact was by phone with Samantha who listened with courtesy to my several concerns and then clearly and thoroughly explained how Ned Stevens could address each one. The crew that performed the service arrived on time. They were professional, respectful of me and my property and they completed what needed to be done in a timely manner.

On 12/27/16 Jim & Brandon appeared and did a beautiful job of cleaning out all of the debris, clearing the downspouts and placing everything in my garbage tote per my request. Seeing your bill, I noticed you did light bulb replacement in high places. I scheduled a service call and Jim & Brandon were again here this morning to do very high indoor bulbs and outdoor spotlights. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service Jim and Brandon provided on Tuesday. The windows look great! I didn't realize how dirty they were! But I want to commend your workers for their courtesy and professionalism. They took great care and did a first-rate job. And I appreciated Jim's suggestions on my other household "problem." Please let him know I located a GE serviceman with the necessary key for the service box and made the repair and hope to get another five years out of the washer! We came to find out about your company from a flyer we received in the mail. After visiting the website and learning more about your services, we called for a free estimate. Based on the estimate, and the fact that there was a discount involved, we elected to have our windows cleaned, inside and out, on both stories.
