Dog shredded the carpet in the bedroom doorway. Tim from Creative Carpet came out to fix it. One hour later I'm very relieved and happy! Looks amazing and now I'm not worried about the landlord trying to charge me to replace all the carpet!

THIS SERVICE WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I have two cats, a brand new puppy and white carpets and I don't need to say how messy they had made them. We're currently moving and had the carpets cleaned today and there was not one single stain left. Great experience. Made our what we thought was worn-out dirty carpet look like almost new/new. Amazing job and it smelled really fresh! Our tech was nice, professional and really cared about their work. We liked them so much we plan on asking for them again for an annual cleaning next year. They only charged for the areas done and estimates and cost were all upfront. Very transparent. We choose the option to sanitize and get rid of dust mites.
