Steve did an amazing job on my carpet!!! I was contemplating replacing my entire second floor’s carpet due to the pet odor from the previous owner’s dog and sticky residue left from a poor carpet cleaning job. Steve was able to remove all of the pet odor and sticky residue, and my carpet looks and smells like new!

Great experience. Made our what we thought was worn-out dirty carpet look like almost new/new. Amazing job and it smelled really fresh! Our tech was nice, professional and really cared about their work. We liked them so much we plan on asking for them again for an annual cleaning next year. They only charged for the areas done and estimates and cost were all upfront. Very transparent. We choose the option to sanitize and get rid of dust mites.
