Great experience. Made our what we thought was worn-out dirty carpet look like almost new/new. Amazing job and it smelled really fresh! Our tech was nice, professional and really cared about their work. We liked them so much we plan on asking for them again for an annual cleaning next year. They only charged for the areas done and estimates and cost were all upfront. Very transparent. We choose the option to sanitize and get rid of dust mites. We noticed within hours of service the air in our home smelled cleaner and the dust from the carpet was gone. Outstanding service. Highly recommend this company.

Steve did an amazing job on my carpet!!! I was contemplating replacing my entire second floor’s carpet due to the pet odor from the previous owner’s dog and sticky residue left from a poor carpet cleaning job. Steve was able to remove all of the pet odor and sticky residue, and my carpet looks and smells like new!

For 8 years we have used a national carpet cleaning service. After using Don and Sons to clean the carpet and upholstery in our van, we decided to try them to clean our house carpet. After Christmas with grandkids and pets we were in need of a good cleaning. Don and Sons did a great job not only on the carpet but on the upholstery as well. They got stains out of our dining room chairs that the other service could not. Don is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend his service for any of your cleaning needs.

We had our carpet cleaned by them when my baby was three months old. They use plant-based solutions so it's baby and pet-friendly. Carpet got cleaned very well except one spot was stained with oil which came back to the surface after a couple of days which was exactly what they told us might happen since it's oil.
